I used to wear my hard work as a badge of honor by rarely taking time off for vacation. Not anymore! Now, I understand the importance of making work life balance a priority by taking more frequent breaks and vacations from my career.

In fact, I have found that taking time to recharge and spend time with loved ones is NECESSARY for my success.
