Why did I create the app?

From starting a software company in my basement and then growing it into a Nasdaq traded company with $200 million in revenue, to becoming an angel investor and now an active Nasdaq boards member advising other leaders, I’ve learned the power of incremental change — one day at a time. I also learned through growing my career that if you want to fulfill your purpose and achieve your potential, you need a variety of mentors.

Problem is, there aren’t enough qualified mentors available to advise high performing and emerging leaders.

And here’s data we can’t afford to ignore:
